Manuka honey comes from the nectar of the flowers of a tree called Tea Tree, found in the wetlands of tropical rainforests. The level of methylglyoxal (MGO), which is the active ingredient, serves as an indicator of its antibacterial and antiviral properties. For daily consumption, around +200 MGO would be optimal. Numerous studies recognize the exceptional medicinal properties of Manuka honey, which is effective in preventing colds and influenza.

Extracted at low temperatures and minimally filtered, each bottle is meticulously packaged. During the cold winter months, when the temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius, crystallization begins. This is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of honey. Crystallization is a hallmark of 100% natural honey. You can consume it without melting. If you need to melt it, open the lid and immerse the bottle halfway in lukewarm water at 40°C for 30 minutes. It will gradually melt. Please note that changes in temperature may alter the taste.
