Australia’s Tasmania Island is designated as a zero point (benchmark) for environmental pollution by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), and it produces 100% natural and pure honey collected only at its apiaries. It is extracted at low temperatures, minimally filtered, and carefully bottled one by one. It has a high sterilizing effect, helps regulate intestinal environment, and is expected to have anti-aging effects, making it a rare and valuable honey.
In the cold winter months, when the temperature drops below 15 degrees, crystallization begins. Honey crystallization is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality at all. Crystallization is the hallmark of 100% natural honey. You can enjoy it without melting it. If you need to melt it, warm the entire bottle without opening the lid in warm water at 35°C, and it will melt. Please note that changing the temperature may alter the taste.
※ Please do not give honey to infants under one year old, as there is a risk of infant botulism.
